Our Estate Agency was established in 1998 and was originally known as Webb & Son Estate Agents, having been founded by the late Alan Webb and his Son Steve Webb. To this day the company still thrives on their principles of honesty, diligence and hard work to help people move home with the minimum of hassle.

In 2005 the company expanded by opening an office in Shanklin and the experienced agent Mark Jenkins became a director. Webb & Jenkins Estate Agents was born and has since gone on to become a market leader in the South Wight. We have departments offering Residential Sales, lettings, Commercial Property as well as related mortgage advice.

Our exclusive Platinum Homes department is there to market properties that are generally in the upper price brackets or have unique selling opportunities such as the style, outstanding views, highly desirable location and so on.
