Our estate agency was established in 1998 as Webb & Son Estate Agents, a family Father and Son business with Alan Webb and his son Steve. Alan retired from the business and later passed away before the business expanded in to Shanklin and taking in new Director Mark Jenkins in 2005. The business rebranded as Webb & Jenkins and went from strength to strength offering full South Wight coverage. As a forward thinking and inovative Estate Agent, in 2010 we merged with Marvins Estate Agents, to create the Islands largest and longest established independent estate agency. We now have six Islandwide offices in Ventnor, Shanklin, Ryde, Newport, Cowes and freshwater dealing with residential sales, lettings and commercial property
